  • 1:1 sessions in Miami Beach, or I come to you (ride fee added).
    A training process shaped around your body, your goals, and where you’re at today.

    Note: In-person sessions start around the $140 range. Package discounts available.

  • Live 1:1 sessions on Google Meet. Clear cues, progressions that make sense, and a structure you can repeat on your own. Same depth, just from wherever you are.

    Note: Online 1:1 sessions typically start in the $110 range, with package options available.

  • A personalized training plan that you follow independently, with weekly check-ins, video feedback, and progressive programming aligned with your goals, your schedule, and your body.

The tools I offer come from many physical disciplines that, over time, blended into my own approach to training — a way of building a solid, available, and permeable body.

We talk about your goals, we define what you want to work on, and from there we create your training.

My pillar number one is Strength Training, supported by:

  • Active Mobility / Flexibility

  • Handstand

Everything is intentional, progressive, and adapted to your process.
